Payment and Credit card information:
Our payment page is hosted by Secure Hosting, who are one of the UK's leading electronic payment providers and have the systems and experience to ensure your card payment is totally safe. Any refunds will also be processed using the same system. You can pay using Maestro, Solo, credit or debit card. The only card we do not accept is American Express.

Processing your order:
On receipt of your order we will send you an email confirming details of your intended purchase. We will also email you on dispatch of your goods.

Stock availability:
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order.

All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. Other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.

Delivery:
We are happy to deliver your goods to any address, whether your home, place of work or a friend's address. Please ensure you complete the desired delivery address during the checkout process.

Our parcels are delivered using UPS for UK and Europe and Parcel Force for the rest of the world. In order for deliveries to be sent out on the same day you will need to place your order before 12 noon. Please allow up to 2 to 4 working days for receipt of goods within the UK and Europe.

Parcels to the rest of the World (International Signed For) 4+working days (for small item orders please call or e mail us for a quote as it may be considerably less.) - £45.00
Any additional payments that may be required from customs and excise will be your sole responsibility

All delivery schedules quoted above exclude Bank Holidays and are dependant on stock availability.

Gift Wrapping:

We will be pleased to gift wrap your purchases if required. There is a £5.00 surcharge for this service.
